Little Things You can do for Yourself!



This is the midpoint of the semester and we had (or maybe still taking) midterms and papers are due. This is a really stressful time for many of us. However, it’s okay to be stressed or overwhelmed - remember it’s natural. It is true that you have to get things done on time and you may not have a lot of time to practice self-care. BUT if that’s the case, remember your well-being comes first! If you are not mentally, emotionally, or physically well, you can’t succeed academically. Follow these small tips one at a time and switch them up every now and then in order to see what brings you the most peace.
